The $40.00 Physician Consultation fee is waived on ALL consultations per individual or immediate family per year. All consultations are FREE OF CHARGE regardless of the number of calls, provided that your membership is current.
Since 24/7 MedCall is NOT INSURANCE, all ongoing conditions are accepted.
You can start using 24/7 MedCall five days after enrollment
After enrolling, you will receive an email that includes your personalized 24/7 MedCall information. The information includes Membership Identification cards and a Member Information Guide that describes the services included, and how to use them. To use 24/7 MedCall, just call the toll-free numbers provided in your Membership information. Our courteous, friendly staff will guide you through the process.
24/7 MedCall allows everyone in your household to use one card at one low monthly rate.

You may cancel your 24/7 MedCall membership at any time, and for any reason. Simply notify us that you want to cancel your membership using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
You may request a refund of your Initial Payment only provided you cancel your service within 30 days of your application by sending an email to or by calling (844) 247-MEDC (6332), and provided you have not used or called any of the services provided by 24/7 MedCall. Refund will be made either by crediting or cancelling the Initial Payment method used or by sending a check for the amount of the payment at the discretion of 24/7 MedCall. No refund of any payment is available after 30 days from your initial application.
